Erica, a passionate cook, together with her staff, prepares rich menus of fish and meat and tasty vegetarian dishes, selecting the best local ingredients, such as cold cuts Selve di Vallolmo, porcini mushrooms and seasonal vegetables, and offers the typical recipes of Casentino gastronomy – tortelli alla lastra, cut beef with porcini, ravioli and tortelli handmade – winking at the colorful seafaring tradition of its origins Campania. The result is a savory and creative cuisine that attracts the guests of the hotel and the inhabitants of the valley.

The rich and balanced international breakfast, with delicious homemade cakes and tarts, is served to our guests from 7:00 to 9:30.
